GHL implementation academy · 6-week cohort · 18 seats
Stop hoarding snapshots. Learn to actually implement HighLevel.
HighLevel HowTo is a 6-week academy for agencies and operators who bought GHL and then stared at it. You get snapshot critiques, a live shared sub-account you build in on camera, and weekly cohort reviews where your workflow gets torn apart — kindly — until it works. It's a course about implementation, not another platform to buy.

Six weeks
A curriculum that ends with something shipped.
No 40-hour video vault you'll never finish. Six weeks, one build target per week, and a cohort review every Thursday where it either works or we fix it live. Below is the completion arc from the last cohort — darker weeks are where people actually put the hours in.
Week 1 — Foundations
Sub-account hygiene, custom values, the folder structure that keeps snapshots portable. First workflow shipped.
Week 2 — Pipelines
Opportunity stages that match a real sales motion, automations that don't fight the calendar.
Week 3 — Conversations
Two-way SMS, email, and the trigger links that actually attribute. A2P registration, done right.
Week 4 — Calendars & booking
Round-robin, reschedules, no-show recovery. The stuff every "guru snapshot" gets wrong.
Week 5 — The lab
Wire a CloseBot qualifier into the sub-account as a teaching exercise — see #lab.
Week 6 — Ship & snapshot
Package your build as a clean snapshot, document it, and hand it off. Cohort critique + certificate.
Cohort completion
Twenty-eight lessons, tracked across the cohort.
Each cell is a lesson. Darker means more of the 18 seats completed it before the Thursday review. We chase the light cells — that's where DWY office hours get pointed.
Every seat gets their snapshot reviewed on camera. We grade it on the five things that break in production, then hand back a fix list. Below is a real (anonymized) critique board from last cohort.

Week 5 — the lab
We wire a CloseBot qualifier as a teaching exercise.
In week five, the whole cohort builds one thing together in the shared sub-account: an inbound qualifier using CloseBot, wired into a GHL pipeline. It's a lab, not the product we're selling. The point is to teach how a conversational qualifier hands off to workflows without turning your sub-account into a haunted house.
Some tool links in the academy are affiliate links (clearly labeled). We only point at tools we make you build with in class.
Lab qualifier — resolution
79%
79% of test leads self-qualified before a human touched them in the last lab run. The other 21% routed to a booking calendar with context attached.
How the cohort runs
Five habits, every week, for six weeks.
Monday — Build target dropsOne concrete thing to ship this week, with a walkthrough recorded in the shared sub-account.
Tue/Wed — Build in the openYou build in your own sub-account; office hours are live in Slack and on two group calls.
Thursday — Cohort critiqueSnapshots on screen, graded on the five things that break in production. Rework list handed back.
Friday — Fix & documentApply the fixes, write the handoff doc. A build nobody can maintain isn't shipped.
Repeat, then packageBy week six your build becomes a clean, portable snapshot you own and can resell to clients.
Inside the academy
The studio, and the board you'll live in for six weeks.

What's included
Six things every seat gets.
Snapshot critique
Your snapshot reviewed on camera, graded, and returned with a specific rework list.
Live shared sub-account
A real GHL sub-account we build in together, so you see the clicks, not just slides.
Thursday cohort review
Weekly live critique with 17 peers. Real feedback, no "great job everyone."
The A2P playbook
Registration, brand/campaign setup, and messaging compliance — the week-3 wall, handled.
Handoff templates
The documentation and naming conventions that make a snapshot resellable and maintainable.
The lab qualifier
Build a CloseBot-powered qualifier wired into GHL — as a lesson, not a product pitch.
Next cohort
18 seats. We mean 18.
The cap isn't scarcity marketing — it's how many snapshots one instructor can actually critique on camera in a Thursday session without it turning into a webinar. When seats are gone, they're gone until the next cohort.
13 of 18 seats filled for the next cohort. Replay tier is always open.
Enrollment timeline
Onboarding: sub-account access, Slack, and your snapshot uploaded for a baseline grade.
Kickoff call. First build target drops Monday.
A2P clinic — the week most people would otherwise quit.
Ship day. Snapshot packaged, documented, and critiqued one last time.
Fit
Who this is for — and who should skip it.
Enroll if you're
An agency owner who resells GHL sub-accounts and wants builds that don't break
An operator who bought HighLevel and stalled after the trial
A freelancer selling automation who needs a repeatable, documented method
Someone who'll do the weekly build, not just watch the replay
Skip it if you
Want a done-for-you agency in a box with zero hands-on time (this is a course)
Are looking for a GHL clone or a cheaper platform to resell — that's not what this is
Expect a magic guru snapshot to fix a business with no offer
Won't show up Thursdays — the critique is the product
Proof
Two graduates, on the record.
"I'd bought three GHL courses and had 200 tabs of custom values and nothing shipped. Week two they scrapped my 'guru snapshot' and we rebuilt it clean. I've resold that build to four clients since."
— Agency owner, home-services niche
"The Thursday critique is brutal in the best way. Nobody says 'looks great.' They say 'your calendar will double-book on reschedules' — and then they show you the fix live."
— Freelance automation consultant

What you actually walk out with.
Not a certificate to frame — a shipped, documented, resellable build. Here's the punch list every graduating seat completes before we call it done.
A clean, portable snapshot with sane naming and zero orphaned custom values
A registered A2P brand + campaign that survives a compliance review
A booking flow that handles reschedules and no-shows without double-booking
A CloseBot-style qualifier wired to a pipeline (the week-5 lab)

FAQ
Is this a HighLevel clone or reseller platform?
No. It's an academy that teaches you to implement HighLevel well. You bring (or start) your own GHL account; we teach the build. We don't sell you a whitelabeled platform.
Do I need my own GHL account?
For the Cohort and DWY tiers you'll build in your own sub-account (plus our shared teaching one). Replay works without it, but you'll get the most from it once you have access.
What's the CloseBot lab about?
In week five we build an inbound qualifier with CloseBot wired into a GHL pipeline. It's a teaching exercise to show clean conversational handoff — not the product we're selling.
Are the tool links affiliate links?
Some are, and they're clearly labeled. We only link tools we make you build with in class. The tuition is the same whether or not you use them.
Why only 18 seats?
Because that's how many snapshots one instructor can genuinely critique on camera each Thursday. More than that and it becomes a webinar, which defeats the point.
